Where is my order?

You may track your order with the order number by:

  • Using link provided in email order confirmation
  • Emailing our style team at orders@jhalae.com

It is our goal to get orders processed within a reasonable time-frame and shipped so that you do not have to wait to rock your personal runway!

Where do you ship?
Jhalae, LLC currently ships only in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. We work diligently to expedite the processing of all orders.
Please allow between one (1) to five (5) business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
  • Monday-Friday: 1-5 business days for processing; processing time starts the next business day
  • Saturday/Sunday: Processed on the next business day
  • Federal Holidays: Processed on the next business day

Jhalae, LLC ships all items using USPS Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. USPS transit times are estimated.

Jhalae, LLC will provide estimated delivery dates based on shipping providers, but cannot guarantee the day or time as delays may arise for various reasons (i.e., snow storm). We will provide you with a tracking number for continuous follow up on delivery status.

International Order Shipping: Feel free to email one of our stylists to obtain estimate shipping time and costs for international shipping prior to ordering.

How do i return an item?

NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchange only on case-by-case basis. Client must contact Jhalae, LLC within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery for general items, excluding undergarments, accessories, swimwear, shoes, jumpers or one-piece, and custom items via email at orders@jhalae.com.

All items returned for exchange MUST have all original tags still attached to garment.

If exchange is granted, clients are responsible for return shipping costs and new shipping costs for exchanged item. Additional sales tax may be applied to newly exchanged item(s). Jhalae, LLC reserved the right to revoke previously approved returned items if it is deemed worn, damaged or other issues preventing resell and client will be responsible for reshipping costs of returned item. Client MUST  ship items out the next business day or return offer will be null and void. Tracking number MUST be submitted to Jhalae, LLC via email at orders@jhalae.com.

Do not return items without pre-approval from Jhalae, LLC. If the exchange is not received within this time frame, the exchange may be denied.

What items cannot be returned?

All SALES ARE FINAL with regard to undergarments, swimsuits, accessories and custom/couture items. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Why has my order been cancelled?

If you order has been cancelled, a representative from our style team will contact you and advise for the reason your order being cancelled and provide you with alternative options, if applicable.

Why won’t my dicount code work?

Often, discounts are available for a specific time frame. Please feel free to contact our style team to obtain clarification as to why your offer is not processing.

How long does it take for pre-orders?

All pre-orders take between two (2) to five (5) weeks after payment has been received and cleared. All pre-orders are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed.

How long does it take for custom/couture pieces?

All custom/couture items can take up to five (5) weeks (in some cases, longer, but you will be notified of estimate times and changes to time-frames) after purchase to ship. Please allow additional time for shipping and delivery. NO EXCHANGE/REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM/COUTURE ITEMS.

Do you allow special events to be held at your storefront?

If you are interested in hosting a social/corporate event (including dinner for two), please email our Creative Director at catwalk@jhalae.com.

Be sure to include the following in your email:

  • Event Date
  • Event Start/End Time
  • Type of Event
  • # of Guest
  • Theme, if any
